I recently heard back about scheduling a virtual interview (a big surprise since I thought I bombed the coding challenge they sent me). This is particularly important if your future manager is not skilled in that area, as Amazon will want to ensure you can jump in given that your manager may not be well equipped to develop your skills in that area. It is worth noting that your offer may have a lower monthly/hourly salary that is offset by a small signing bonus, which in effect should keep the total compensation in the same range. For OA2, the coding questions will be LC easy/med difficulty. boop. For interns they aren’t expecting that you already have a full resume, but they will still be checking that you’re a go-getter who will work well with others while fighting to deliver upon projects.
